A wide range of Vietnamese products are on display at separate pavilion at the 39th Havana International Fair, running from November 6 to 11 in the Cuban capital and the biggest annual trade event in Latin America and the Caribbean.
FIHAV 2015 Havana International Fair, the largest annual multi – sector
trade fair in Havana, with participants from over 70 countries around
the world including Viet Nam, was inaugurated on Monday.
President Truong Tan Sang said that economic collaboration between Viet
Nam and Cuba has yet to match the sound political relations between the
two countries, as bilateral trade reached only US$200 million last year.
Representatives from 12 Viet Nam businesses involved in hospitality,
technology, trade, wood, rubber and IT, among others, attended a
business forum held in Havana on Monday to seek investment opportunities
in Cuba.
